What is Coaching?

How coaching can improve your life:

Performance and Life Coaching are based on the principles of using tailored questions to explore your thoughts and achieve your goals. There is no challenge too large or small for coaching, indeed, every great success starts as a small idea. Coaching focuses on nurturing ideas into the visions that you define for them, knowing you are capable of finding the solutions yourself.

Coaching starts by defining, clarifying and visualising your goals, identifying their impact and importance to you. This information becomes the basis of personalised questions to discover the options available to you, and performance coaching will also help you create a detailed action plan to ensure success. Executive coaching results in increased productivity and output, as well as improving morale and job satisfaction.

A series of six one-hour coaching sessions within three months is recommended but even one session can be designed to reach a personal discovery and action plan if necessary. Overall, coaching should be enjoyable and rewarding in every case, I would be happy to discuss this further during a free 30 minute introductory chat.
